Jaclyn Dietl serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Beau Dietl & Associates, a position she has held since 2012. Joining the company in 2006, Jaclyn’s steadfast belief in defining success through service to others has become a guiding principle within the security service industry.

In her role, Jaclyn not only oversees the day-to-day operations of Beau Dietl & Associates but also leverages her extensive background in risk management to devise crucial strategies and formulate policies, ensuring the organization consistently meets its goals and objectives. Notably, in 2006, she played a pivotal role in acquiring and establishing BDA’s web domain investigations.com, an integral component that has become synonymous with the BDA brand.

Jaclyn has been instrumental in steering BDA’s marketing efforts, elevating its web presence, and securing a prominent standing in the industry. Holding licenses as a broker in both property and casualty, as well as life and health insurance, Jaclyn collaborates with some of the world’s leading brokerages, seamlessly integrating her security expertise into risk mitigation strategies for BDA.

Since 2019, Jaclyn has assumed responsibility for human resource management at BDA, adding to her wealth of professional experiences that include executive-level management, strategic program management, training and employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, and employee relations.

Jaclyn Dietl is a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Additionally, she holds a certification in Human Resources Management from Cornell University, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
